Van Zant Medical Group S.C. is a “cash based” medical practice. We do not participate in any insurance plan, nor bill insurance on behalf of the patient. Payment for services is expected on the day of the appointment.

Our practice does not act as a primary care office, nor provide any traditional primary care services. Our patients are expected to maintain a separate primary care doctor for urgent needs and traditional doctor’s visits.

Van Zant Medical Group, S.C. accepts patients who have Medicare; however, due to Medicare stipulations, these patients are not able to submit their office visit bill to Medicare for reimbursement of the office visit cost.
