Health Lab, a division of Northwestern Medicine in Chicago, bills most major medical insurances, and our lab phlebotomist will work with you to answer any questions you have about billing. If you have a high deductible and prefer to pay out of pocket for labs, or you are part of a health care sharing program such as Samaritan Ministries, we have competitive out of pocket prices for labs.
